Studio Policy

I understand that unforeseen events happen in everyone's life occasionally, and in the desire to be effective and fair to all students, the following policy is honored:

All cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to receive a make-up credit. Make- ups are valid for 60 days from the date of absence. If you have not yet paid for this lesson, the amount of the lesson will be due before scheduling your next lesson.  

If you arrive late, your lesson may be cut short to accommodate the student following your lesson. Regardless of the length of the lesson, you will be responsible for the same lesson rate. Please call or text if you are running more than 5 minutes late. (415) 203-5036
Standard lesson rates are $35/30 minute; $50/45 minute; $65/60 minute
Payments can be made in advance for the full semester ($480/30, $600/45, or $800/hour), or in monthly installments ($120/30, $150/45, $200/60). Payment is due by the 10th of each month. No refunds on tuition will be granted. Cash and checks are accepted in person or credit cards can be used via PayPal/Music Teacher's Helper (Payments can be made on the Payments Page  — Link will also be included in your invoice, emailed monthly). Invoices will be sent to the email address on file.

Note: Some students may be grandfathered in on my old lesson policies, those remain the same as we agreed on when you enrolled in lessons. If you would like to change to the new tuition plan, just let me know!
